It is a highly nutritive supplement made of cyanobacteria and microalgae of the genus
Arthrospira, its main purpose is as a feed supplement consumed raw or in the form of tablets of
pressed spirulina, it is used as a source of pigments such as phycocyanin or xanthophylls or
polyunsaturated fatty acids. Due to the high protein, it can be used as a replacement for soy
protein.

Reef Ball* is a system of marine ecosystem recovery implemented in several countries. Its
main purpose is restoring degraded marine habitats. Authorized contractor Terrazul has
built and located over 600 Reef Ball modules to protect marine ecosystems focus on the
Alta Guajira.
